RCG's leadership development
program excels at cultivating these competencies,
which research clearly shows are the mark of an
effective leader. We combine training, one-on-one
coaching, assessments and self-study into an 18
month program for groups of 12-20 participants
at a time. Workshops are conducted at your facilities
or at an off-site location of your choice. Coaching
is done by phone.

An Individual Development Plan
for each participant and six quarterly 2 day workshops
which cover:

Also included are:
- Six months of intensive
one-on-one coaching in the first year
- Two detailed assessments
of work styles
- Two 360 feedback assessments-at
beginning and end of program
- Self-study resources-books,
articles, CDs and Powerpoint presentations.
